Gravity Separator column design provides a superior method of separating fines from free flowing granular material. The material is dropped in a free-fall vertical flow path into an opposing upward air stream to suspend the fines in the air stream for removal to the collection system.

The cleaning process takes place as the product enters the aspiration columns and is contacted by an airflow which removes light fines, straw, hulls, etc.
The cleaned product falls through the aspiration column, which by its design expands the product stream allowing for more efficient cleaning.
The aspirated light materials are sucked through the aspiration column and discharged to an outside collection system ,which may include cyclone and blower unit
