Digital Unbalance Display

• Independent digital panel meters (DPMs) show amount and angle of unbalance for both planes.

• The machine automatically stops after the unbalance readings stabilize—no manual stopping required.

Digital Keypad Input

• Rotor dimensions and balancing tolerances (A, B, C, R1, R2, tl1, tl2) can be input digitally via keypad, ensuring precise entry up to 1 digit.

Tolerance Indicators

• Dedicated LED indicators for each plane light up when unbalance falls within preset tolerance levels.

Auto-Range Selection

• Automatically switches between coarse and fine ranges based on the unbalance magnitude.
• No need for manual multiplier adjustments.

Rotor Data Storage

• Stores configuration data for multiple rotor types by assigned numbers.
• For repeat jobs, simply select the rotor type number—no need for re-measuring or re-entering data.

Self-Check Mode

• A built-in self-diagnostic feature tests digital displays and LEDs in a cyclic sequence.
• Facilitates quick fault identification and ensures system integrity.
