They are 99% oil-free. The special polyquat compound reverses the charge on the hair from +ve ionic to -ve ionic, thus making the hair easy to comb and manageable. This gentle base made through a special emulsification process ensures that the potency and effective qualities of the herb-extracts remain alive in product usage.
