Natural kernel with brown skin attached,
Size: 9-11 mm, 11-13 mm, 13-15 mm, 14-16 mm or any calibre with 1-2 mm intervals from 9 mm to 16 mm.

BLANCHED HAZELNUT KERNELS
Natural hazelnut kernel is processed with heat, so the skin is peeled, and the hazelnut kernel takes it blanched form with 5% skin and 4-5% of the desired humidity level.
Size: 9-11 mm, 11-13 mm, 13-15 mm or any calibre with 1-2 mm intervals from 9 mm - 15 mm.

ROASTED HAZELNUT KERNELS
Natural hazelnut kernel is processed with heat, so the skin is peeled, and the hazelnut kernel takes it roasted form with 5% skin (or up to 50% skin upon request) and 0.8-3% of the desired humidity level.
Size: 9-11 mm, 11-13 mm, 13-15 mm or any calibre with 1-2 mm intervals from 9 mm-15 mm.
