High Strength Steel Rolling Shutter

The rolling shutter salted is composed of galvanize.
Cold rolled section which slide into one another across the full length. Each section hinges on the other and forming one whole piece for the required task.End clips or wind locks can be fitted on to the crossent faces of the sections ,preventing the section from moving in relation to one another.this also results in smooth and slient sliding along their lateral guides.
A number of section are constructed so that the armoured structure can be rolled up in both direction i.e. backwards and forwards.Depending on the design of the section.
In the event of repairs the section are easy to replace on a pieces by pieces basis.They are available in various dimentions,thickness and shapes.Flats or convex in steel or aluminum , single wall or double wall. Insulated or provided with punched holes.

Application
The Viewguard RR115 steel roller shutter is a robust access door, for building perimeter security or storage application. It is typically used in warehouses, factories ,distribution and transport facilities,stadiums,garages,plant rooms, remote buildings,hospital,council facilities, sports grounds and for security applications.
Features:
Curtain-constructed using 115*0.9mm/115*1.20mm Galvanized sheet .
Bottom plate-aluminum extruded with rubber gasket or M.S. sheet 3mm mounted with 35*35*5mm angle iron having both side locking system
Bracket plate-M.S sheet thickness and size from 3mm to 10mm of bracket plate depends upon the height/weight of rolling shutter.
Roller drum-fabricated from mild steel tube with the outer diameter and thickness appropriate to the size and application of the rolling shutter.
Door locking-shoot bolts are fitted internally to accept padlock for chain operated steel roller shutter only.
Hoods/Fascias-are available as optional extras to suit the application. Hoods are manufactured in house at View Guard security from 0.5mm galvanized steel sheet
Finishes-Galvanized sheet items are left their raw from. powder coating is an optional extra and is applied using our in house powder coat line.
Operation-either chain operated or electrically operated. Locking is not recommended for electrically operated steel rolling shutter.

Side Guides- MS side guides are supplied with brush seal inserted inside of both the wall of channel.
