Our snacks Vending Machine controllers offer advanced User interfaces such as Touch screen as well as TOUCHFREE.   Touch screen user interface also provides for playing videos at idle times (advt videos).  It is possible to remotely update these videos from a server if you opt for 4G modem as an add-on.    TOUCHFREE user interface is our latest attraction which exactly fits the user requirement in these pandemic times.
Salient Features :

  • It is a control system for a snacks vending machine
  • It can control up to 64 products( 8rows *8 columns ) - 24V DC Motors
  • 4 Line LCD Display and Alpha Numeric keypad
  • All the parameters related to product are settable in menu, like price setting, coupled motor settings, refilling capacity etc
  • Special Price settings like combo offer, Buy 1 take 2 offer is also settable in menu.
  • Bill Validator interface via MDB / serial
  • Smart Card Based Cashless Vending is possible
  • GSM Modem interface enables automatic collection of sales data apart from machine status notification such as Product Sold out / Motor Fault / Bill Validator mal-function
  • All Menu settings can also be remotely set via GSM interface
  • Optional Item detector for checking positive delivery of product
  • We can also provide Touch screen based user interface

The organization established in 1988, has been specializing in design of embedded controls for OE applications. Scope of work generally taken up includes:
• Requirement study
• Specification development
• Circuit design
• PCB design
• Embedded software development
• Prototype testing
• Production as a OE manufacturer.
The typical customer has been machine builder – mostly mechanical or electrical people – leaving the entire responsibility of control system to PULSARS.
With technological advances, as and when new chips and devices hit the market, PULSARS takes up the responsibility of redesigning running products so as to deliver to the customer better cost efficiency / improved performance / added product features etc. This is done as an extra service without any cost to the customer.
The manufacturing set-up is well tuned for flexibility in product mix and small lot sizes.
Automatic test jigs are designed for each and every product and the sub-assemblies.
Testing is a carried out by qualified persons with latest tools / meters / temperature chambers etc.
At each stage right from design up to final assembly, attention is paid to EMI / EMC considerations.
