These hoses are made using copper coated steel, aluminum and stainless steel in different sizes and specifications. The hoses are sturdy in construction and can bear temperature up to 800 deg Cen. Our range includes Interlock Exhaust and Conveying Hose , Interlock Tar & Asphalt Hose (Pressure Hose) and Interlocked Metal Hose and is used in chemical plants, chemical stations as suction or pressure hose. These are also used as an outer jacket for insulated pipelines and for various articulated movements. 304 over braid. Description:

The hose is interlocked in construction and possess excellent flexibility, durability and construction strength. It is supplied in fully extended form without any packaging.

End Fittings:

The hose comes fitted with special type of fittings that includes fixed flanges, nipples, pipe couplings and floating flanges. These are attached with hose by means of welding using adhesives or with the method of brazing. The fittings can also be attached with the hose using automotive muffler clamps or hose clamps.

Specifications:

The Interlock Exhaust and Conveying Hose are offered by us in different specifications. These are fabricated using different materials including stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and bronze. The thickness of the hose depends upon the handling or abrasive conditions in which it is used.
