    The Laboratory Air Oven is a precision-controlled thermal equipment designed for drying, sterilizing, and thermal testing in scientific, industrial, and research laboratories. Constructed with a double-walled body, the inner chamber is made of stainless steel (SS 304) for corrosion resistance, while the outer body is made of mild steel with a powder-coated finish. The space between the walls is insulated with glass wool or ceramic fiber to minimize heat loss and ensure energy efficiency.

    Equipped with a forced or natural convection air circulation system, the oven ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber. The microprocessor-based digital temperature controller allows accurate temperature setting and monitoring, typically in the range of ambient +10°C to 250°C, with an accuracy of ±1°C and uniformity of ±2°C. Heating is provided by nichrome wire elements placed in the air ducts for uniform heating.

     

    The oven features removable perforated shelves, gasket-sealed doors with viewing windows (optional), and over-temperature protection for safety. Available in various capacities (e.g., 30, 60, 90, 150 liters), it is ideal for sample drying, glassware sterilization, thermal aging, and material testing across pharmaceutical, chemical, textile, and food laboratories
