Steel and outer being made of M. S. Sheet, hammertone spray painted. The lid is made of S. S. Plate with paddle lifting arrangement. The complete structure is mounted on iron stand. Heating is done by immersion type heaters operated on 220 volts A. C. Pressure and temperature are same as Sterilizers, as indicated above. Laboratory Autoclave is provided with all the necessary Safety features like Adjustable safety valve, Pressure Gauge, Steam Release cock and drain cock for cleaning the working chamber.
