Maize Gluten is obtained during the wet-milling process of raw-Maize. Gluten is the protein content of the Maize-seed. The process is controlled to obtain the Gluten with minimal part of starch, fiber and fat. With over 60 % protein, Maize Gluten finds considerable application in Poultry and specialty animal feeds.
