Vashist Food is professionally managed by Technocrats having vast experience of over 30 years on latest technologies in milling machinery Worldwide. The company now employs over 60 people in different disciplines and services of another 30 people are engaged through contractors.
Vashist also undertake complete Engineering Consultancy and provide Turnkey Services for Flour/Rice Mills and for other Cereal/Grain Processing Units.
Company was promoted by and is managed by Mr. K K Kheror our Chairman who has over 25 years association with Flour Milling Industry. After studing Flour Milling at Manchaster College of Engineering & Technology, he had extensive training and experiance in milling , engineering and technology areas at M/s Henry Simon and other Flour Mills in UK. he has also worked as Chief Miller with OCRIM CREMONA (Italy), largest Italian manufacturer of Flour Milling machinery. He has installed and managed a number of Flour Milling Plants in differenet countries with capacities ranging from 100TPD to 1000TPD .
