PET Compressor

Suction Unloaders:

• Helps operate the compressor for longer durations at PET blowing applications demand over 16 hours of operation per day.

Flanged Joints:

• Flanged joints to prevent compressed air leak. It is easier to torque-tighten these joints during maintainance.

Deep finned cylinders & After coolers:

• Ensures that the compressor block is properly cooled while operating at higher pressures.

Disc Valves:

• Disc valves for suction and delivery ensure improved volumetric efficiency of compressor thereby preventing loss of compressed air. .

Delivery Unloaders:

• Operator need not worry about manually bleeding the compressor whenever motor switches off cg: power failure. Compressor will bleed automatically and will start up smoothly whenever power is restored.

Safety Valves:

• Sealed valves ensure operator safety as compressors operates at maximum pressure of 33 bar.

Air Receiver:

• Built as per ASME design standards for safety of the PET blowing plant.

Starter Box:

• Starter box contain selector switch with provisions for continuous/intermittent operation of compressor according to plant load.
