Pharmaceutical Processing Plant

Our pharmaceutical formulation plant located at Daman, India is WHO-GMP certified and PICS compliant. The plant manufactures Tablets and capsules (general section), having an installed capacity of 1.50 billion tablets and 150 million capsules per annum on a single shift operation basis.We have 3 dedicated granulation blocks equipped with modern equipment - 2 fluid bed processors, 1 fluid bed drier, 2 Rapid Mixer Granulators, 3 blenders. This enables us to manufacture products ranging from batch size of 400 kg. to 20kg.For coating of tablets, we have two fully automated coating lines.We have 6 compression blocks equipped with hi-speed compression machines. Data logger for in-process checks regarding weight variation, physical parameters, etc. ensures data integrity of IPQC function. We have 6 packing lines with 3 rotary blister lines, 2 cold forming alu alu lines and 1 strip line. All lines are equipped with on-line camera, NFD (Non-fill detection), bar-code scanners, on-line ink-jet printers and weigh check system to ensure fast and accurate packing. We also have two cartonators. .
