The development platform for the i.MX 6Quad
Phytec designed the phyBOARD-Nunki especially for image processing applications - a further development of our proven phyBOARD-Mira. It makes optimal use of the two Image Processing Units (IPU) of the i.MX 6Quad processor and is suitable for applications with several cameras - from intercom applications with moving images to applications in quality control, in which, for example, a thermal imaging camera and a conventional color camera are used towards stereoscopic applications.
The SBC has five physical camera interfaces: two parallel phyCAM-P interfaces, two serial phyCAM-S + interfaces and a MIPI camera interface. Two camera interfaces can be used in parallel. In addition, further interfaces and a 12-24 V power supply were integrated on board.
