Pillar Press

Kwality mechanical Power Press Comes both Pillar Type & "C" Type frame versions from 20 tons to 200 tons capacity. Kwality power presses are the most economical type presses and comes with several standardoptional features.
Frame : Frame is fabricated from high quality Rolled steel plates. Proper alignment of the frame of the power press is ensured for quality machining.
Clutch : Kwality power press comes both in mechanical & pneumatic clutches. The clutch is rigid and gives continues stroke for mass production.
Crank Shaft : It is made of special alloy steel fitted in bronze bushes for smooth working, longer life and accuracy.
Flywheel : Made of high grade cast iron, for storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operation, and properly balanced for smooth running.
