HOSPITAL COT ADULT With or Without Side Railings

Specifications:

• Adult Hospital Cot of Size- Length 75” x Width 36” x Height 24”
• Material options: Complete Stainless Steel SS304 polished (or) Complete CRCA mild steel powder coated (or) Stainless Steel SS304 Top Sheet with CRCA Mild Steel ERW tubular bows
• Bows: Head and Leg Bows are made of 1 ¼” (32mm) dia 18 gauge ERW tube. The head bow and leg bows are 42” and 32” height respectively
• Bow Supports: Head and leg bows have 1” dia 18 gauge ERW cross tubes, each bow having 3 vertical supports made of ½” dia 16 gauge ERW tube
• Top Sheet: Top sheet is made of 18 gauge SS (or) M.S. CRCA sheet, uniformly double press bent on all the four sides, 2” vertically and ¾” further inside
• Reinforcement: A 6” x 2” full length SS or MS CRCA rib reinforced under the top sheet
• Brackets: Two nos of 10 gauge 2”x4” brackets welded on both sides of each bow and fastened to the top sheet with 8 mm x1 mm pitch x 19mm long 2 nos of bolts on each bracket (made of SS or MS)
• Shoes: 4 nos of shoes made of nylon or steel provided
• Finish: All M.S. CRCA parts are epoxy powder coated with grey color with 50 microns minimum coating. All S.S. parts are finely polished

Variants:

• Available in complete Stainless Steel or complete Mild Steel powder coated or combination of both, as per customer requirement
• Variety of sizes, colors and shoes can be offered
• Side Railings options: With or without railings made of 18G thick Stainless Steel SS304 or Mild Steel or combination of both in sizes ¾” / ½” diameters
