Polypropylene PP Corrugated Sheets, Thickness : 4.5-5gsm

ICON PLAST (INDIA) PVT. LTD., evolved in the industry as a prominent manufacturer, trader and exporter of plastic corrugated sheets since 2001. We flagged off our own production unit in 2005 in Delhi for the production of plastic corrugated sheets.

These are also known as pp flute sheets and pp twin wall sheets in the industry. Extruded twin-wall fluted polypropylene sheet are made using hi-impact copolymer polypropylene. It is a light-weight tough material which can easily be cut with a craft knife. Corrugated plastic sheet is made from polypropylene which is capable of being recycled.

We have developed our own brand name "STARPAC". We are the only manufacturer in India that can provide sheet widths of up to 1850mm. Sheet thickness from 2mm up to 12mm are available.

We customize the size and colour of the sheets as per customer requirements. We have our facilities of manufacturing in Delhi and in Bangalore for easy and better deliveries and advantage of low freight costs.

Now introducing pp corrugated cross flute board. It has good toughness and breakdown endurance, high impact, resistance, low permeability and high temperature resistance, good solvent resistance and high corrosion resistance. These sheets can be used in various applications like display racks, partitions, table tops, crates, almirah shelving, kitchen cabinets and many other places.

These plastic pp corrugated sheets have commercial, industrial and domestic applications as they are chemical and water resistant. To name a few--
1. Advertising and printing : These pp hollow sheets are used as sign board, shop window displays, pop-up displays, exhibition boards, picture frame backing, digital printing and screen-printing. All sheets are electro statically treated by corona discharge to allow specifically formulated inks and adhesives to adhere.
