Synthetic Nonwoven / HDPE Pre Filter

Our heavy duty nonwoven synthetic high loft media can be available in cut pads or rolls. Very useful as blow set or as Pre filter pads. Very commonly used in window ventilation units, fan coils, air conditioning installations, kitchen hoods, industrial ventilation systems and as Pre filter's in paint spray cabins.

Filter made out of imported nonwoven media of 150 g supported by 1 layer of course woven mesh on air entry side and 1 layer of heavy duty molded Pvc net on air exit side, finally housed in a galvanized / Aluminium frame, flange or box type. All four sides are potted with a special PU resin with sponge effect. 100% media is machine pleated to face the max air flow turbulence during operations.
