Precision Turned Components

We are involved in the manufacturing of Precision CNC Turned Components, which are customised as per the requirements and specifications of customers. These highly Precise Components are used in Electrical Industries, Switchgear’s, Valves, Railways, Printing Industry, Energy Sector, etc. Various metals that we use to process these products are Copper, Brass, Steel and Carbon Steel in various grades, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. The process sequence and the process layouts are made after a lot of thought process thus helping to achieve various close requirements and giving dimensional and geometrical accuracies.
These components are manufactured on very high precise Lathe & CNC Machines and regular quality checks are carried out at proper intervals to keep the parts well within the tolerance bands. These Precision Components are inspected on sampling basis thus eliminating the element of any error.
