Red Sesame Seeds

Sesame is known as “survivor crop” given the conditions they grow in. It is considered the oldest crop known to humanity. There are many uses of sesame seeds like oil and food ingredients. Sudan is one of the largest producers of sesame seeds in the world and the third largest exporter after india and ethiopia, contributing to about 23 % of the international sesame market.
