Repulpable Tissue Tape

Repulpable tissue tape is a light weight tissue coated on both sides with repulpable adhesive and furnished on a repulpable easy release liner.

It can be used for splicing of many LWC (light weigh coated) papers, particularly for coated gravure papers. It has also performed well in many other finished splice applications, even with "alkaline coating" and with stearate sizing. Packing in sealed plastic bags helps assure constant moisture content of unused tape.

Water solubility and alkali dispersability are excellent and eliminates danger of contaminating the paper mill broke with non - repulpable material. (Poor quality paper and plugged Founrdriner screens can be caused by non-repulpable, rubber base splicing media).
