Here, the ovens function with maximum temperature of 300 °c with connected load of 2.75 Kw (4 HP) (415 VAC, 50 Hz) and weight of 1650 Kg. With Tray Size of 600 mm x 800 mm (23.5” x 31.5”), the working capacity of the Bakery Oven B-1100 (per Batch) include Bread 400 gm ( 210 Loaves - 1 Trolley x 14 Shelves), Sponge Cake (53 kg - 1 Trolley, 14 Trays), Buns (45 gm 630 Nos - 1 Trolley, 18 Trays), Biscuits (28 kg - 1 Trolley, 18 Trays), Dry Rusk (25 to 28 kg - 1 Trolleys, 18 Trays) and Khari (17 kg - 1 Trolleys, 18 Trays).
