Router Machine

NS MNL Router Machine is very user friendly and totally maintenance free machine.It is used to cut the Pre laminated board in any profile & shape for Table Tops, Kitchen Shutters, Drawer Fronts and various types of special furniture items and it is suitable for mass production. The depth of cut can be adjusted in four different positions with the help of depth adjuster mounted near the spindle. The machine is having two speeds for different dia meter of cutters profiles. Center pin can be mounted on the table to work with the templates for thermo forming jobs. Very strong and rigid fabrication to avoid the vibrations equipped with dust collector hood and MCB to prevent the electric shock to the operator.
