This technology combines the outstanding benefits of peeling without water soaking during processing. Selected seeds of high purity & whitish colour are processed to yield pearly white, functionally superior hulled sesame seeds. The entire process is most hygienic and microbiologically safe. The seed is processed in a mechanized plant with continuous hot air dryers, and sortexed through colour sorting machines to give a sparkling white product of high purity.
