Selected seeds of high purity & whitish colour are processed to yield pearly white, functionally superior hulled sesame seeds. The entire process is most hygienic and microbiologically safe. The seed is processed in a mechanized plant with continuous hot air dryers, and sortexed through colour sorting machines to give a sparkling white product of high purity.

The silky free flow characteristic gives better machinability especially when star feeders are used for dispersing sesame seeds as bun topping.
