Sesame seeds, Cultivation Type : Natural

Sesame is one of the oldest oilseed cultivated plants in the world. Its seeds may be the oldest condiment known to man. These are dried oval shaped seeds which are harvested by hand. The seeds have a rich nut like flavor which becomes more enhanced once they are roasted under low flame with much care. They are also the main ingredients in tahini (sesame seed paste).
