Sesame seeds, Usage/Application : Use In Cooking and Making Oil Oil

Small pearly white seed, rarely more than 1/8 inch in length, comes from an annual plan in the semi tropics. I has a rich roasted nutty flavour when backed on rolls, bread & buns. It is always sold whole (Natural or Unshelled). A large quantity of sesame seed is used in delicacies like halwa and other confectionary.
