Multi Cylinder Sizing Machine Model ULTIMO-EX-VA Comprising of :

1. 8 Beam Vertical Type Creel suitable for Beam Size of 1800mm / 2286 mm face width x 1000mm / 1400 mm flange diameter, complete with heavy duty Pneumatic Braking on both sides, manufactured from MS Channels suitably strengthened with MS tie rods. Necessary Ebonite Guide Rolls for yarn passage.
2. 1 No. Size Box having 1800 mm / 2286 mm face width Double Immersion Double Squeeze Arrangement with Linear Squeeze Pressure Control up to 4 Tonnes with respect to machine speed complete with Positive Feed Roll arrangement and Size Circulation System.
3. 12 Nos. Cylinders Dryer having 1800 mm / 2286 mm working width x 762 mm / 800 mm diameter arranged in zigzag fashion with a sturdy structure.
Out of 12 Cylinders, 8 Cylinders are Teflon coated and 4 Cylinders are Plain. 6 Sets of Temperature Indicator Controller Device for drying Cylinders provided considering one each per pair.
4. Loom Beam Head Stock suitable for beam size of 2800 mm / 3600 mm between Flanges and 1000 mm / 1250 mm / 1400mm flange diameter (without Loom Beam) with necessary Leasing Zone, Motorised Beam Arbour movement and Vertically operated Hydraulic Beam Pressing Trolley.
5. Machine with 4 Point or 5 point AC Inverter Drive having Multi-Motors and a Control Panel, PLC, Panel View and interface etc. Drive Motors which will be controlled through a Control Panel.
