Slab Cutter

A slab cutter is a heavy duty machine where the size of the raw rubber materials is first reduced. It has a heavy duty MS fabricated chamber with the rotor assembled with heavy duty rotating knives with hard faced cutting edges. Another set of knives are fixed inside the chamber. A feed hopper is used of feeding lumps and blocks of rubber into the machine. This is used for plants of 24Tonnes/Day capacity only. Specification: MS fabricated body with EN8 case hardened knives with 50 HP U1000 gear box. Assembled together on a heavy duty base plate fabricated using 8” I-beam.
