This model consists of Shaft Less winding system which enables to have more faster production output. The Machine has fully Intergraded PLC base Controls, Touch Screen, etc. Ones the Start Button is Pressed all operations are automatically done. The machine is equipped with Auto Tension Pneumatic Brake. Air Shaft at unwind unit for easy and quick change over of reels. It has Shaft less Rewind system for 2"& 3" core ID to increase the production. It also has automatic pneumatic cross cutting system. Online Printing unit can also be incorporated.
