Solar Fish Dryer

Traditionally Fish drying has been carried out by drying in open sun. This usually takes about 5-10 days depending on the type of fish. Besides it takes a long time it also, causes contamination by dust and other pollutants and is unhygienic, also causes a lot of odor.
