this is a solar powered street lamp developed to light parks, streets, schools & colleges, residential areas, hospitals, industrial complexes or any other area during dark hours..it is fully automatic and comes with a warranty.
the solar panels have a life of more than 25 years, the led's can go up to 50,000 hours (11 years), the batteries can last 2-5 years and cost only 15% of the value to replace. The light sensor automatically turns the unit on in dark hours and switches it off during the morning eliminating the need for manual monitoring or controls...the poles have been made of galvanized iron which has been powder coated so will not rust even after decades of outdoor rain & sunshine....this unit is a complete package in itself and can be used practically anywhere where there is a moderate amount of sunshine....the solar panels have been equipped with a reverse current blocking diode to prevent reverse flow of current from battery to the panel in dark hours....the lamps could go for more than 21 hours on full battery charge which means the batteries discharge only around 50% during the course of a day thus allowing a longer battery life and allowing energy reserves for 1 day...
