We have developed three roler coating of UV VarnishAqua varnish directly to polymer plate. You can also coat directly to blanket for full coating. We have used analox roller for coating UV Varnish to the blanket or to polymer plates to control the coating thickness.The advantage is you can use your offset for normal printing while not using the spot coater.
