Kalpak computerized spring testing machine model kic-stm-xxx-c is ideal for quality control, r& d and process troubleshooting applications. kic-stm-xxx-c has rigid frame with motorized ball screw as loading member. The prime mover shall be heavy duty rated ac servo motor with variable speed servo drive of reputed make. The machine will be provided with 1 basic load cell of required capacity & optional additional load cells of lower capacity to cover the entire force range for your application. The displacement measurement is by encoder rotation. The system operates on single phase 230 volts, 1.0 kva max power supply & does not require pneumatic or hydraulic power supply. A suitable power adaptor can be made available at extra cost, if desired. The unit is standalone type with no necessity of compressed airwater & air conditioned enclosure. It is recommended to keep the unit in a clean room & avoid oil or dirt as far as possible.
operation:
the system is interfaced with pc by add-on usb data acquisition module. The operation of the machine will be controlled using the pc system and kalpak stm-c test software. The pc based system provides accurate and quick measurement and logging of parameters like load and displacement as per user test requirements. The testing parameters such as the speed, sample no., batch no., unit of measurement, load transducer selection etc can be programmed through pc key board. The test data and other user-defined data is processed by kalpak stm –c test software and displayed on pc monitor in a user-friendly manner.
