Aurum�s Steam Tunnels are made out of stainless steel, mounted on robust square tube frame and are equipped with thick insulation. Steam Tunnel has several Steam Dispensing Tubes which are controlled by separate Ball Valves in order to achieve good shrinking quality as per container shape and size. VFD controlled Steam Extraction Blower is provided for removal of excess steam. Separate flexible connection with Flow Control Valves provided for localized shrinking at strategic positions on container. High Lift Valves are provided to avoid pressure build up beyond safety limits. Drain Tray is provided to collect condensed water. Steam tunnel ensure your ability to run the more challenging shrink sleeve applications such as contoured bottles with high shrink requirements.
