Knight Manufacturing Co., Inc. offers cylindrical and surface grinding, which includes inner and outer diameter, on a range of carbon steels and powdered metals. We work with a range of industry verticals such as the appliance, construction, electrical, medical and motorcycle industries. We work to +- .0001" tolerances and as a specialty production shop; we can produce a single unit or thousands of pieces.
We have the expertise and experience required to design and manufacture the dies as well as the flexibility needed to provide blanket, just-in-time, ship to stock and Kanban services. To meet customers' specific needs, Knight offers many secondary services, from engraving, light assembly and powder coating to packaging.
Our experience, expertise and technical capabilities also allow us to work with many formats, such as BMP, GIF and MasterCam. We comply with the standards of multiple agencies, including the most commonly recognized, such as the American National Standards Institute, American Society for Testing and Materials and International Organization for Standards (ISO) as well as the more specialized , for example, REACH and RoHS.
