Tip – up chair specification
1. tip - up type auditorium chair will be of best quality finish and of the design.rn2. molded polyurethane foam will be used in seat and back of chair. The foam will be non sagging type with 50 kgm³ density.rn3. m.s. Tube of 65 mm x 35 mm size shall be used in frame of seat and m.s. Flat of size 35 mm x 3 mm in frame of back.rn4. m.s. Flat of size 35 mm x 3 mm from arms and of size 35 mm x 3 mm for arm holder will be used.rn5. serpentine spring 14 swg of ms galvanized shall be used in seat and back of chair.rn6. abs beading in front of side stand (as per model if required) to hold the fabric shall be used.rn7. tip – up systemrn• 1 no. Horizontal m.s. Rod – 15 mm thick round.
• 2 no. Back clamp – 16 gauge.
• 2 no. Spring – 10 gauge.
• 2 no. Supporting seat clamp.
• 1 no. 25 mm x 25 mm m.s pipe frame – 16 gauge.rn8. side standrn• heavy gauge as per design and construction.
• heavy gauge one piece footrest.
• covered with duly laminated upholstery fabric as used in seat and back.rn9. ppcp molded back cover (as per model if required).rn10. arms rests (with or without cup holder) will of ppcppolyurethane foam molded in shape and design.rn11. the distance between center to center of arms of the chair will be 21” to 23” as per requirement.rn12. the total height of the chair from floor level shall be 37”.rn13. seat and back and side stand will be covered with 100% polyester fabric (cost between rs. 100 to rs. 150), fire retardant grade (if required).rn14. the chairs will be installed and fixed with minimum 4 numbers heavy duty anchor fasteners.
