On this machine, we can Laminate Duplex, Art Card, Art Board, Vinyl, Non Tearable, Non Woven and other Papers related to Photo Album and Printing Industry. Our Machine gives best results on Hi Gloss, Velvet, Matt, Smooth Films, and this is the reason, printers and users prefer SIGMA machines.

PID Controller :

The Programmable temperature controller ensures uniform temperature all over the surface of the cylinder which is definitely required for a smooth and excellent lamination without crease & wrinkles on the laminated sheet.

Non Conduct Infra Red Sensor :

Yet, another unique feature that defines the engineering excellence of Sigma Thermal. This device sense and transfer signal to the PID controller to maintain the uniformity in the temperature. As and when the temperature varies, the device ensures the correct frequency for ON and OFF. This has been incorporated in the machine through a software design which has got the function to support the PID Controller. The uniformity of temperature is very essential to have a perfect lamination.

Film Tension :

Another important feature in the Sigma Thermal is a film tension process. Every parts of the machine are crafted to ensure perfect lamination. Though this process is a simple, but it plays a vital role in the process of lamination. If there is no sufficient tension, the lamination will not be perfect. This device ensures the required amount of tension all over the surface as a uniform process.
