Provided for die heater, refining screen barrel cooling tank worm. -for forming of toilet soap. -the thin soap strips is fed to the toilet soap plodder machine. -the soap strips is formed in the toilet soap milling machine. -the press worm strongly compresses & forwards the soap strips into the conical forepart through the heating device, finally it leaves the die. -the heating device is for maintaining proper temperature for the fed material. -the temperature is maintained with the electric thermostat device. -toilet soap plodder machine compresses the soap strips and extrudes it in the form of bars. -the bars extruded from the die are of the desired shape and width, than after is cut into required length. -changeable die. -single worm (l-3a worm dia. 12.7). -screen is provided for the refining and homogenizing the soap. -cooling jacket is provided at the plodder cylinder. -easy and smooth in operation. -minimum working space. -appropriate working height. -production capacity 500 kg/8 hr capacity approx. -raw material : mild steel & cast iron.
