The process of making tomato juice in a factory usually involves several steps , which may include :

• Screening & Maintenance : Tomatoes are supplied separately to remove any rotten or damaged tomatoes & then washed thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris.
• Preparation : Then , crush the tomatoes & remove their seeds & skins to make the tomatoes smooth .
• Competition : Mix tomato puree with other ingredients such as vinegar , sugar , salt & spices to achieve the desired flavour & consistency .
• Cooking : The mixture is placed at high temperature to cook the tomato paste & kill any bacteria that may form .
• Filling : After the tomato juice is cooked & cooled , it is poured into a bottle or other container .
• Labelling & Packaging : The bottle is labelled with the product name & nutritional information & then packaged in a box for shipping .
• Quality Control : Throughout the entire process , tomato paste is tested & checked to ensure it meets safety & security standards .
