Design of our presses is rugged and proven in industry. Our presses are adaptable to segmental molds. Basic structure is fabricated from M.S. Steel plates, Stress, relieved and machine on precision boring machine. Press is driven by high torque motor of reputed manufacture through precision gear box and precision hobbed gear and pinion.
Operation of press is fully automatic. The cycle time for opening, closing and curing is controlled through limit switch and electronic timerPLC. Valves used are VitaRockySasco make. Center mechanism is made from stainless steel material. Press is centrally lubricated
