Uruli Roasters

The uruli roasters are used mainly for roasting the products like cereals, spices and rava before grinding. These uruli roasters’ other benefit is also used for idiyappam powder making which is a high profitable business. The main advantage of uruli roasters are that labour and usage of firewood can be reduced monumentally. Uruli roasters comes with Indalium uruli for roasting from which the taste of the material will remain same. Like any other roasting grinding machine, the maintenance is much low and acts very cost friendly.

The raw material is fed into the rotating aluminium mounted vessel and is heated by LPG direct flame. Simultaneously the material is stirred by stationary stirrers. After achieving the required roasting level, the material is discharged to the collection vessel through center discharge hole by removing the plunger.
