Its upper jacket is made of stainless steel and welded which leaves no chance of leakage and gives unlimited service if properly maintained. The lower vacuum plan is also jacketed and is water cooled to avoid the heating of pan and sticking of mass. A rotary vacuum pump is fitted on the rear side of vacuum cooker on the same base plate to avoid long pipe lines and vacuum leakage.
