• The vacuum chamber is robust stainless steel supplied with two stainless steel shelves. The chamber is heated by large area heater strapped to its outer surface and insulated with super fine area heater strapped to its outer surface and insulated with super fine mineral wool. A thick toughened glass plate sealing into neoprene rubber gasket closer the chamber. The door closer is screw threaded catch. This system provides excellent vacuum performance, a low outer surface temperature and operator safety in the unlikely event of the glass inner door breaking. The outer case in mild steel tough stove enamel white painted or stainless steel.
• Vacuum control one diaphragm valve and vacuum gauge are provided. The valve, which are intended for vacuum connection and the admission of either dry air or inert atmosphere, have nozzle conveniently located. Oven temperature is controlled by Digital PID Temperature Indicating controller. Control panel consists of vacuum gauge, power panel, heating indicator suitable to work on 220/230 volts, A.C 50 cycles.

• System will be supplied with in-built vacuum oil free pump.
