Wall Forms and Flexible Wall Forms

Purpose

Wall forms are very useful product in the construction industry for casting columns, beams retaining walls, tanks, tunnels etc. It gives maximum economy with excellent concrete finish. The total wall form systems contains, wall form panels, channel soldiers, walling tubes, Clips etc.

• Wall form panels are made out of 12 G (2.5 mm) HR M.S. Sheets and 45 x 5 M.S. Equal Angles.
• For heavy shutting works (Bridges, Tunnels etc.) wall forms are made with 10 G (3.15 mm) HR M.S. Sheets and 50 x 6 M.S. Equal Angles.
• Provided Rectangular slots on Angle for matching wall form panels
• Stiffeners provided on wall forms to strengthen panels
• Flexible wall forms S pre-curved walling tubes are for circular structure
• Channel Soldier, Light duty & Heavy duty are made out of 12 G Sheet, 45 x 5 Angles and length 1250 S 2500 mm.
• Wall form panel 700 / 800 /1000 mm width are made with two vertical Stiffeners.
