Avtar Cem Premium/ Duracem Plus is excellent quality Water Proof Cement Paint. It is avalaible in 29 types of attractive shades and is relatively cheaper in comparison to its counterparts. In India where currently price is rising for almost every product, Avtar Cem Premium/ Duracem Plus is so economical that every Indian can apply it on their exterior walls every 2-3 years in order to get rid of dull and dirty look of the exterior. It is a mixture based on Portland cement, with filler, accelerator along with water repellent

Application

Before painting a surface, it is needed to assure that there is no algae growth or loose dust or oily substance. Otherwise it is needed to be cleared by using hard wire brush.

In the next level, the surface is washed well with clean water and is left to dry partially. A paste of Avtar Cem Premium/ Duracem Plus is made using water and the first coat is applied with soft brush. When fully completed, the surface is cured with spraying / sprinkling of water after 6-8 hrs of first coat.

The second coat is applied after 24 hrs of first coat. Clean water is needed to be sprinkled for next 2 days, at least 2-3 times a day for better results

Balaji International is the parent concern of Avtar Paints Pvt. Ltd. which was formed way back in 2004. Since its formation, the company is engaged in trading of cement paints and non food items which is continuing till date.
In 2008, a separate firm was formed in the name of Avtar Paints Pvt. Ltd. with its own manufacturing unit in Mahestala of South 24 Parganas.
World class technology is being used for production of cement paints. Avtar Paints Pvt. Ltd have always given priority in increasing the quality of its various products. The manufacturing unit has two ball mill machines, each installed with the capacity of making 5000 bags of cement based paints and wall surfacer. Another high frequency mixer is also installed in the manufacturing unit for producing wall putty, a premium product of Avtar Paints Pvt. Ltd. The high frequency mixer has a capacity of producing 5000 bags of wall putty.
At the initiation of the factory in 2008, there was only one shrouded ball mill in operation. It has the capacity of making 5000 bags of cement based paints. But gradually with the passing of year by grace of God and our customers, demand of our manufactured products increased manifold. Moreover, market research and studies indicated a need of white surface paint at a much cheaper rate for middle income group people. Thus, Apex (Wall Surfacer), the second most important product of Avtar Paints Pvt. Ltd was launched within few months of initiation of the factory.
To meet with the excess demand another shrouded ball mill was installed in 2009 with the capacity of making 5000 bags of cement based paints and wall surfacer. After launching of these two premium products, there was no looking back and Avtar Paints Pvt. Ltd proved itself in its area of expertise.
Wall putty, which became one of the most premium product of Avtar Paints Pvt. Ltd. was launched in 2009. It provides smooth and hard surfaces both in exterior and interior walls, is meant for preparing the surface before applying the colour. Till date Avtar Paints Pvt. Ltd is manufacturing decorative cement paints with the variety of 29 colours, wall surfacer and wall putty and has been able to meet customer satisfaction and demands.
Management: A three –tier management level is followed in Avtar Paints Pvt. Ltd. The company is headed by the Chairman and Director of the group whereas the middle level constitutes of management specialists, chemical & mechanical engineers, chartered accountants and chemists for research & development.
Last but not the least are our factory supervisors and labourers who are entrusted with the main work of production. Besides, we have transportation staffs who are able to deliver our product anywhere in India. The ideal combinations of expertise and experience have helped us to create an all India network at a much lower marketing and distribution costs.
