Avtar Cem Premium/ Duracem Plus is excellent quality Water Proof Cement Paint. It is avalaible in 29 types of attractive shades and is relatively cheaper in comparison to its counterparts. In India where currently price is rising for almost every product, Avtar Cem Premium/ Duracem Plus is so economical that every Indian can apply it on their exterior walls every 2-3 years in order to get rid of dull and dirty look of the exterior. It is a mixture based on Portland cement, with filler, accelerator along with water repellent

Application

Before painting a surface, it is needed to assure that there is no algae growth or loose dust or oily substance. Otherwise it is needed to be cleared by using hard wire brush.

In the next level, the surface is washed well with clean water and is left to dry partially. A paste of Avtar Cem Premium/ Duracem Plus is made using water and the first coat is applied with soft brush. When fully completed, the surface is cured with spraying / sprinkling of water after 6-8 hrs of first coat.

The second coat is applied after 24 hrs of first coat. Clean water is needed to be sprinkled for next 2 days, at least 2-3 times a day for better results
