Fully automatic mechanical operated vertical pouch form fill & seal high speed collar type machine to pack 'granules products' such as grains, rice, wheat, pulses, sugar & other essential commodities etc in any heat seal-able centre seal pillow laminated poly pouches via-a-vise polyester/ polyethylene/ai-foil etc. With telescopically volume adjustment volumetric cup filler system. Machine supported on angular steel structure wrapped with stainless steel cabinet all contact parts, hopper etc are made out of stainless steel.
application : ideal to suit to pack free flow granules products like grains, rice, wheat, pulses, sugar, coffee beans, dust tea, nuts, agriculture seeds & other essential commodities etc.
optional attachments: nitrogen gas flushing system, perforation / strip cutting system, batch printing device, inclined belt feeder, poking device etc.,
