WET PROCESS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR

Wet Process Magnetic Separator is used to separate magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals is ore beneficiation, coal washing, chemical industry, etc. The minerals size ranges from 0-6 mm and the Xmax (coefficient of magnetization) should be higher than 3000 x 10-6 cm3/g). Magnetite and Pyrrhotite are with strong magnetic force, while hematite, limonite and siderite are with weak magnetic force, and should go through magnetic roasting process before separation process.
