Of digits : 3/4/5/6 in each row. no. Of rows : 2settings : through wired remote or from computer key pad. presets : counter, tact time, intervals, shift start time, shift stop time etc. inputs : from proximity sensoroutput : relay contact ( no-c-nc ). interface communication: rs 485/rs 232. reset : external / auto based on preset time. supply voltage : 230 vac display color : red or green optional. function : a target is being set from the wired remote or from the system for the shift. it is being done by calculating the time required for each production and the entire shift time, excluding the intervals. The actual production will be updated in the system form the input from the sensor while the target will be updated automatically based on the preset tact time. the time will be based either on preset time or real time clock ( rtc ). the system will reset at the end of the shift or day or before the next shift or commencing of work in the next day.
