This Transformer Oil is having excellent insulating properties, good oxidation stability, low volatility and resistance to sludge formation. The oil is free from acid, alkali and corrosive sulphur and excellent demulsibility characteristic.

Automatic Transmission Fluid A is a premium quality red coloured transmission fluid with low co-efficient of friction to meet Type A Suffix A specification of General Motor. They are blended from highly refined base stocks with high performance EP additive system for providing excellent load carrying capacity to protect gear equipment against surface distress (i.e. spalling, pitting, scoring and wear) under heavily loaded conditions. Special inhibitor system has also been incorporated to provide excellent oxidation stability to resist oil degradation and thickening during long periods of severe high temperature operations. High viscosity index and low pour point assure good film strength for gear protection at both high and low temperatures.

Silicone Grease is a waterproof grease made by combining a silicone oil with a thickener. Silicone grease is commonly used for lubricating and preserving rubber parts, such as O-rings. Additionally, silicone grease does not swell or soften the rubber, which can be a problem with hydrocarbon based greases.
Special versions of silicone grease is also used widely by the plumbing industry in faucets and seals, as well as dental equipment.
Wheel Bearing Grease is sodium based automotive grease manufactured from superior quality base stocks and specially selected additives. These are non-soap base smooth structured grease for high temperature grease operating conditions under severe shock load conditions. High Vacuum Grease III is stiff non melting grease. If maintains its consistency over a wide range of temperature, from -200C to 2000C. Its very low volatility, low vapour pressure of the base materials used, makes it an ideal sealant for high vacuum Grease / high pressure systems. High Vacuum Grease is not affected by water and chemically resistant also.

Rimzol India Private Limited manufactures a fully formulated high performance emulsifier package, Cutting Oil, to make soluble cutting oil concentrate in a wide range of paraffinic base stocks to be used for general purpose metal working applications. Approximately 18 20 % Cutting Oil Emulsifier is blended with suitable paraffinic base stocks as per the need of the applications. The basic function of the grinding fluid when grinding hard metal is to remove the heat generated in the grinding operation, to lubricate the tools in order to reduce wheel wear, and to remove grits from the grinder.
Water based oil in water emulsion and water soluble synthetic lubricants are the most common grinding fluids. But refined neat oil of type white oil is frequently used for grinding of cobolt based hard metal. One of the reasons for this is to avoid skin allergy at water based coolant in which cobolt can be dissolved and also to reduce the wear of the grinder.
Water based coolant have some drawbacks such as growth of fungis and bacteria, inferior lubricity, formation of metal soap that clogg the grinding wheel, and it dissolves cobolt which causes health problems.
Neat oil has inferior heat removing capacity compared to water based coolant. For this reason external chillers are used to enhance the cooling capacity.
Particles generated in the grinding operation can be of very small dimension, >5 in diameter. Grinding fluids with high content of particles reduce the grinding speed and muck up the machine tool and coolant tank

Its light colour provides good visibility of machining operations.

Soluble Cutting Oil is a type of coolant and lubricant designed specifically for metalworking and machining processes. There are various kinds of cutting fluid, which include oils, oil-water emulsions, pastes, gels, and mists. They may be made from petroleum distillates, animal fats, plant oils, or other raw ingredients. Depending on context and on which type of cutting fluid is being considered, it may be referred to as Soluble Cutting Fluid, Soluble Cutting Oil, Soluble Cutting compound, Soluble Cutting Fluid Coolant, or Soluble Cutting Fluid Lubricant.
SYN GR Fluid 2, 5, 12 (GRADES: 2, 5, 12) Specification :Syn Gr Fluid 2, 5 & 12 are water soluble synthetic grinding fluid of solution type. They are supplied in a concentrated form and are to be diluted with water in a suitable ratio. They are free from any mineral oil or fatty matter. These products are economical with good cooling and remarkable antirust properties when applied in grinding and other high speed machining operations.
Application / Composition :Syn Gr Fluid 2, 5 & 12 are specially recommended for grinding of ferrous metals, specially for grinding of open grain cast irons which tends to rust quickly after Machining, high nickel and titanium alloys. RIMZOL Syn Gr Fuids 2, 5 & 12 is recommended for grinding operations of Iron, Steel, Non-alloyed Steels and Nickel Chromium Steels. It should not be used for grinding aluminum, zinc, copper or magnesium alloys, tin or cadmium coated parts. Dilution range for the products varies from 1:40 min. to 1:100 max. Higher concentrations than required do not give production benefits but may lead to slight discolouration of workers skin.
