it is low pH food grade yield enhancer thermo stable alpha amylase, derived from Bacillus licheniformis .It is incision enzyme with the characteristics of high temperature, low pH stability, fast viscosity reduction, jet & no jet operation.

Technical Details : Low pH working 4.8 to 6, with and without jet cooking, quick viscosity reduction, optimum temperature 88-90 deg c, High activity enzyme with useful secondary activities for hydrolyzingof non starch pollysaccrides.
